Cancellation Policy
While cancellations by Nubian Beauty Bar are rare, unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies, illness, or inclement weather may require us to reschedule your appointment.
If Nubian Beauty Bar needs to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will automatically be transferred to your new appointment.
We are allowed one (1) complimentary reschedule without refunding your deposit. Your deposit will remain on file and be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
If Nubian Beauty Bar must reschedule your appointment more than once, or is unable to accommodate you within a reasonable timeframe, you may choose to receive a full refund of your deposit or apply it toward a future appointment.
We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find the next available appointment that fits your schedule.
